All the apartment description, photos and information apply to published apartments. BMA Services will not be liable for any error or omissions that may occur.
BMA Services reserves the right to change the publish information on the website at any time such as photos, information and description.
BMA Services reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time on the website.
Users are responsible for reading the Terms and Conditions outlined on this page. Accepting the use of this website immediately implies that they have accepted any changes that may be made by any third party, and that the third party commits to complying with these changes.
These Terms and Conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the user.
APARTMENT BOOKING:
You can book an apartment through Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, Cheque, Cash and Payment Gateway.
Your apartment is booked upon receipt of the booking deposit.
Your booking is not confirmed until BMA receives pre-payment, and you have received the confirmation.
This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as Apartment Address, No of Guests, Check-in Date, Check-out Date, Contact details, balance due on Arrival.
On arrival you must have to pay balance and refundable damage deposit.
Payment can be made by Bank Deposit or Bank Transfers and Cheque - Cheque should be in favour of "Book My Apartment Pvt Ltd ".

We would confirm receipt of such amount in writing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation or changes must be made via email or fax or changes by phone not accepted.
The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refundable in the event of cancellation.
In the event of cancellation of fully paid booking (100% of stay), there is cancellation charge corresponding number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival.
- 7 days prior to booking date: 10% of the Total Amount will be deducted from the advance
- 2 days prior to booking date: 25% of the Total Amount will be deducted from the advance
- 24 hours prior to booking date: 100% of the Total Amount
In addition Bank processing charges will be deducted on actuals.
In the event that guest changes the date or apartments, it will be considered a new booking and will be subject to standard cancellation procedures.
In case BMA Services unable to provide the property that has been booked by guest, they reserve the right to transfer the guest to a property of similar characteristics. If no agreement can be reached than both contractual parties have authorities to cancel the contract. In this case BMA Services will refund all money paid by guest. BMA Services will not be liable for further claims by the guests.
GUEST LIABILITY
- BMA reserve the right to terminate your booking at any time without making any refund to you and also to claim from you for any loss, damage and / or injury sustained by us, our employees, suppliers, representatives, contractors and / or agents, if you or any other member of your party should cause any malicious, willful or negligent damage.
- BMA also reserve the right to terminate your booking at any time without making any refund to you if you or any other member of your party commits any illegal act or behaves in such a way as to spoil other guests’ enjoyment of their booking or to prevent our supplier(s) from delivering services booked by you or any other party.
- For International guests: Guest will be responsible for Passport, visa and immigration requirements.
• We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel because you have not complied with any passport, visa or immigration requirements.
• Your host in India is legally required by law to see each foreign guest’s passport. Please have your passport ready to show on arrival and please also take with you a photocopy of the main page for your host to keep.
- All Indian Guests are mandated to provide Indian Government Approved Photo ID, whenever required by BMA.
- This agreement is construed, interpreted and governed in accordance with laws of Union of India. All disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be settled through arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by Indian homestays.org in the Courts at New Delhi, India alone shall have exclusive competent jurisdiction. If you are contemplating to use this website from a jurisdiction which does not recognize or give effect to the terms and conditions of this Website, including the provisions of this clause, you are agreeing that you shall not use the Website.
- If any part of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law being Indian laws, including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
- This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and BMA. with respect to this Web site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the customer and BMA with respect to this Web site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
- You warrant and confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and not otherwise disqualified or incompetent to enter into any contract on your own. Your further confirm that you possess the legal authority and competent to enter into this agreement and to use this Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Web site (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of this Web site by minors under your name or account.
